Celebrate Good Nutrition in the Morning: YogurtZ n Oats Breakfast Parfaits Our parfaits are made with milk and GoGo squeeZ® YogurtZ pouches so each serving packs a protein, calcium and vitamin D punch. These are nutrients that your kids may be missing out on – they’re vital for building muscle and strong bones. And when you pair our YogurtZ pouches with additional kid-friendly ingredients – like fruit and oatmeal and serve them sundae-style – it makes for a breakfast that they won’t want to skip! Recipe variation: If your kids are a little more adventurous, swap in quinoa for the oats. Rinse 3/4 cup quinoa and bring to a boil with milk and cinnamon. Cook for 20 minutes and let set 5 minutes before using in parfaits.
