GoGo squeeZ School Holidays Giveaway July 2024 – Terms and Conditions
- This Promotion is only open to residents of the UK over the age of 18. You do not have to buy anything to take part in this Promotion, but you do need a valid Instagram or Facebook account and access to the internet.
- To ensure fairness, employees of GoGo squeeZ and anyone else professionally connected to this Promotion are not allowed to enter.
- Promoter: GoGo squeeZ, BEL UK Ltd, 160 London Road, Sevenoaks, Kent, TN13 2JA, United Kingdom.
- Promotion Period: Participants must enter between 16:00 BST on the 9th July 2024 and 23:59 GMT on the 15th July 2024.
- To enter, you must like and comment on the competition post on GoGo squeeZ’s Instagram or Facebook profile, tagging two friends who are over the age of 18. You must also follow GoGo squeeZ (@gogosqueez_uk).
- You may enter up to five times during the Promotion Period, but you may only win one Prize.
- The Prize: Two winners will each receive 11 boxes of four GoGo squeeZ pouches in assorted flavours.
- One winner will be selected on Instagram and one on Facebook by random draw, carried out by an independent person within 3 working days of the end of the Promotion Period.
- The winner will be contacted the Promoter as a reply to their winning comment within 3 working days of the draw.
- The winner must share their address with the Promoter via DM within 3 working days to claim the Prize. If a winner does not contact the Promoter, the Prize will be awarded to a reserve winner. A total of 3 reserves will be contacted. In the event that no reserve responds to communications, we reserve the right to not award the Prize.
- We cannot accept any entries that we believe:
a) Contain any content that is likely to be considered offensive by us or could negatively reflect the name, reputation, or goodwill of GoGo squeeZ;
b) Defames, misrepresents, or insult other people or companies, including, but not limited to GoGo squeeZ; and/or
c. Promotes any political agenda. - Please allow up to 28 days from the date of confirmation of delivery details for delivery of your Prize.
- The Prize cannot be transferred to someone else or exchanged for something else or a cash or other alternative.
- If, for reasons out of our control, the Prize is no longer available, you will be offered an alternative of equal or greater value than the Prize.
- Your personal data will be stored in accordance with all current data protection legislation. We will only use your personal data for the purposes of administering this promotion and for no other purpose unless we have your consent. With regard to the deletion of personal data, all personal data relating to non-winners will be deleted immediately, while personal data relating to winners will be deleted 30 days after the prize has been awarded to the winner in order to ensure that the prize has been received. We will only share your data with our fulfilment partners for the purposes of this promotion and to carry out the promotion. - Bulk entries made from trade, consumer groups, syndicates or third parties will not be accepted, and we will not accept cheating in any form including the use of macros or other automated means of entry, masking your identity by manipulating IP addresses, using identities other than your own and any other behaviour that falls outside the spirit of the Promotion. If you’re found to be cheating, you will be excluded.
- This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Instagram. You are providing your information to GoGo squeeZ and not Instagram or Facebook.
- If you suffer any loss or damage that arises out of or in connection with the Promotion or Prize itself (whether in contract, tort (including (without limitation) negligence), statutory duty or otherwise), GoGo squeeZ will not be liable for this.
- If this Promotion cannot run properly because of fraud, tampering, technical errors or anything else that is beyond our control which affects the running, administration, security or fairness of this Promotion, we reserve the right to disqualify any person involved. We also reserve the right to cancel, modify or suspend the Promotion.
- By entering, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms and If this Promotion is tampered with in some way whether by fraud, technical failures, system errors or other issues, including any such failure outside the control of GoGo squeeZ or its agencies, GoGo squeeZ and its agencies will not be responsible for the Promotion, prize or for the non-inclusion of entries. Proof of submission of entry is not proof of receipt of entry.
- In the event of any dispute, the Promoter’s decision is final.
- Giveaway winners may be required to participate in any reasonable publicity arising from the Promotion.
- If you are a winner of the Promotion, you agree that the Promoter may use your name and county of residence to announce the winners of this Promotion and for any other reasonable and related promotional purposes.
- The winner’s name and social media handle may be published on the Promoters’ Facebook or Instagram pages/stories within 3 working days of winner acceptance. We will ensure that this will be highlighted to all winners, and permission will be sort before publication. If there is no response, no publication will be made.
- These Terms and Conditions are governed by English Law and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.
