September 2025 – Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter/Data Controller: BEL UK LTD Quinton Court, 98 London Road, Sevenoaks, TN13 1BA, UK.
2. Promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom who are aged 18 or over, except employees of the Promoter (Bel UK) and their immediate family members or anyone professionally associated with this promotion.
3. Promotional pack purchase, proof of purchase and internet access required.
4. Maximum 10 entries per person during the Promotion Period.
5. Promotion Period: 00:01 on 14 August 2025 until 23:59 on 30 November 2025. Entries submitted after the end of the Promotion Period will not be accepted.
6. To participate: During the Promotion Period purchase any promotional pack from the list below and retain your receipt as proof of purchase.  Access https://promoplay.me/gogosqueez and complete the entry form with your full name and email address.  You will also have to upload your receipt in either JPG, GIF or PNG format and no larger than 10MB. If you have won an Instant Prize, you will be advised instantly onscreen that you have won and what they have won and confirming the next steps to claim your prize.  All participants that successfully complete the entry form, will automatically be entered into the prize draw.

8. Entrants must be careful when submitting their personal details as the Promoter is not responsible for sending a prize to an incorrectly submitted email or postal address.
9. Instant Prizes: There are 1,010 Instant Prizes, as follows:
   • 50 x Stitch-branded rucksack with lunch bag clip on;
   • 150 x Stitch-branded tote bag;
   • 160 x Stitch-branded lunch bag;
   • 150 x Stitch-branded spiral notebook;
   • 100 x Stitch-branded pencil case; and
   • 400 x Stitch-branded set of stickers;
10. Maximum one Instant Prize per person. Not all instant win prizes are guaranteed to be won.
11. Prize Draw Prize with Element: DREAM PRIZE PACKAGE INCLUSIONS FOR 2 ADULTS AND 2 CHILDREN UNDER 12. TERMS & CONDITIONS:
12. Travel expenses are included up to the value of £125 GBP per person, which can be spent on petrol/parking, car transfers, flights, or travel by public transport;
13. Accommodation is based on 2 adults and 2 children under 12 sharing one quadruple occupancy geodome at a glampsite in Cornwall, with 1 x breakfast hamper and 1 x pizza bundle with pizza ingredients and equipment for 4x pizzas;
14. Tickets To An Outdoor Family Adventure Puzzle Park Attraction
15. Tickets To A Botanical Garden And Visitor Attraction
16. Accommodations do not include any other meals, incidentals, gratuities, telephone calls, or any other personal expenses incurred during the trip, these will be the responsibility of the Recipients;
17. A credit or debit card for incidentals may be requested by the accommodation at check in and therefore at least one of the Recipients must possess and travel with a valid credit or debit card;
18. Accommodations will be selected by Element London Ltd at their sole discretion;
19. Prize Package is for up to 2 adults and 2 children under 12, all of whom must travel at the same time with the same itinerary;
20. At least one traveler must be aged 18 or over; Where any travelers are aged under 18, they must have prior parental or guardian permission;
21. Prize must taken between 01/04/26- 31/07/26, and all travel must be completed by this time;
22. Winners must contact prize provider with three preferred travel dates no later than six weeks prior to departure;
23. The prize excludes meals and drinks, rental car, excursions, attractions, treatments, visas, personal expenses and anything not expressly stated in the prize package;
24. Prize is non-refundable and non-transferable; No cash alternative is available;
25. Prize stay dates subject to availability;
26. Winner travels at own risk. Promoter reserves the right to cancel, modify, suspend or terminate the promotion or prize;
27. Where applicable, any modifications to the prize will be at the winner’s own expense;
28. The prize package inclusions are subject to availability, where any of the stated inclusions are unavailable, Element London Ltd will offer suitable alternatives of equal value;
29. If winner is unable to participate in any of the stated activities, then Element London Ltd will offer suitable alternatives of equal value, alternative activities will be determined by prize provider at their sole discretion;
30. £150 spending money is for the winner only, and will be transferred to one nominated account;
31. Nothing in this travel package authorizes any person to use the Walt Disney Company’s and its affiliated companies (collectively, “Disney”) name, brand, intellectual property, characters or reputation in conjunction with this travel package or any prize promotions whatsoever and that a valid promotional agreement with Disney is a precondition for use of this prize package in association with 20th Century Studios’ name or Disney-owned intellectual property;
32. The Walt Disney Company, and each of their respective parent, affiliates, and subsidiaries are not responsible for the promotion, administration or execution of the travel package, competition, contest or sweepstakes;
33. The Walt Disney Company is not a so-called “sponsor,” “administrator” or “prize provider.” The Walt Disney Company, its parent, related, affiliated and subsidiary entities and their respective officers, directors, agents, employees and assigns shall be released and discharged from any and all legal claims, losses, injuries, illnesses, demands, damages, actions, and/or causes of actions that arise out of and/or are in any way related to the prize travel package, the receipt, use and/or enjoyment of the prize travel package, or prize-related activity including, without limitation, travel, the promotion, the competition, the contest or the sweepstakes.
34. Further Prize Draw Prize details: Winners will be required to provide proof of age and identity and any documentation as reasonably required by the Promoter in order to validate their eligibility to claim the prize; If a winner is unable to accept the prize, no compensation will be provided; Once a booking has been confirmed no changes are permitted; If a booking is cancelled no alternative tickets will be issued; The winner and their guests are responsible for ensuring that they are in possession of appropriate travel insurance and any associated costs for this are the responsibility of the prize winner and their guests (where applicable);Travel Insurance is NOT included; All expenses not explicitly set out in these terms and conditions will be the responsibility of the winner; and
35. Prizes are not transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize, or part of a prize, for an alternative of equal or greater value.  In the event for any reason the prize winners do not take an element of the prize at the time stipulated by the Promoter, then that element of the prize will be forfeited by the winners and neither cash nor any other form of compensation will be supplied in lieu of that element of the prize.
36. It is the responsibility of the entrant to provide correct, up-to-date details when entering the promotion and on acceptance of their prize. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for winners failing to supply accurate information which affects prize acceptance or delivery of their prize.
37. The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries including but not limited to asking for address and proof of identity to be sent via email (which must be received by the Promoter within 14 days of the date of request) and to refuse to award a prize or withdraw prize entitlement and/or refuse further participation in the promotion and disqualify the entrant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions or any instructions forming part of this promotion’s entry requirements or otherwise where an entrant has gained unfair advantage in participating in the promotion or won using fraudulent means.
38. Prize Draw Prize winner selection and notification: All valid entries received by the Promoter during the Promotion Period will be submitted into a prize draw to be conducted using a verifiably random computer process on 03 December 2025. The Prize Draw prize winner and 5 reserves will be selected.  The provisional Prize Draw prize winner will be notified by email to the account associated with the winning entry within 3 days of date of the winner selection. The Prize Draw prize winners must respond within 14 days of the date of the notification email, confirming compliance with these Terms and Conditions and eligibility (age, residency and proof of purchase). The Prize Draw Prize winner must confirm the dates for their trip by 31 December 2025, or within 14 days of winner notification if later.  Failure to comply with this timeframe may result in disqualification of that Prize Draw prize winner and the Prize Draw prize being awarded to a reserve selected in the same manner as described above. Reserve winners will have 14 days from accepting the prize and confirmation of eligibility to confirm the dates for their trip. Entrants are encouraged to monitor their email account during this time in case they are a Prize Draw prize winner. 
39. Instant Win Winner selection and notification: A set of 1,010 winning moments from throughout the Promotion Period have been randomly generated.  Those valid entrants (valid entrant being an entrant who has not already won an instant win prize or entered the maximum permitted times) who submit their entry on or first after one of these winning moments time stamps will win a Prize. If no one makes a valid entry within a winning moment timeframe, the available Prize will roll into the next moment or next day of the promotion so that the Prize may still be won i.e., if a winning moment is selected at 23:59 on one day, an entry submitted on 00.01 the next day will capture that winning moment and win a prize if there was no entrant after 23:59. In the event that there are no entries received within a given period between two or more winning moments, the relevant Prize(s) will be rolled forward and awarded to the next available entrant(s).
40. Instant Win Winner Confirmation:  Instant Prize winners will receive an on-screen message asking them to submit their postal address.  Within 5 working days of the on-screen message, the Promoter will email the winner EITHER to confirm that the receipt associated with the winning entry has been verified and the prize is being sent, OR that the receipt is unclear or that Promoter wishes to exercise its right to verify the entrant or their entry (under clause 12) and setting out what the winner needs to supply to satisfy the Promoter. If any instant win prize winner fails to respond to the email from the Promoter within 14 days of the date of the Promoter’s email, then they will be disqualified from winning that Instant Prize and that Instant Prize will be re-released into the pool of instant prizes available to be won.
41. Privacy: The Promoter will collect personal information from entrants for the purposes of administering this Promotion and will share this personal information with its marketing agency who will be assisting with the administration of the Promotion and fulfilling prizes.  Personal data of entrants will not be used for marketing purposes unless the entrant specifically opts in to receive marketing communications from the Promoter. By entering this promotion, entrants agree to the collection and use of their personal data in this manner. The Promoter is bound by the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the UK Data Protection Act 2018 and all applicable laws, and holds personal data in accordance with the terms set out in its privacy policy, available here. Entrants’ personal data will be stored for 3 months from the end of the Promotion Period, after which it will be securely destroyed. The Participant has the right to access and rectify their personal data and, insofar as applicable, the right to request the deletion of their data and the right to object to the processing of their data.  If an entrant exercises any of these rights, it may affect their ability to participate in the Promotion.  The participant may exercise these rights or ask any question relating to the management of their personal data by contacting the Promoter by email to the following address: [email protected], or by mail to the following address: BEL UK LTD Quinton Court, 98 London Road, Sevenoaks, TN13 1BA, UK.
42. The surname and county of residence of the Prize Draw Prize winner is available on request by sending an email to [email protected] with “GoGo squeeZ Stitch Winner” in the header to arrive between 1 February and 31 May 2026.  Entrants can object to disclosure, or request that disclosure be limited in scope by including this in their response to their win notification. In any case, if a regulatory body requests confirmation of the existence of winners, or evidence of receipt of prizes, the Promoter shall be entitled to disclose the information of any winner to the regulatory body only.
43. Participants in this promotion agree that the Promoter is not liable for any faulty or failed electronic data transmissions, any communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, computers, human error or providers utilised in any aspect of this Promotion, and any inaccessibility or unavailability of the internet or email services.  The Promoter has no control over internet or communication networks and is not liable for any problems associated with them due to traffic congestion, technical malfunction or otherwise. The Promoter will not be held liable to any individual for any fraud committed by any third party nor for any event beyond its control including, but not limited to, user error and any network, computer, hardware or software failures of any kind which may restrict, delay or prevent a participant’s entry to the promotion.
44. Insofar as permitted by law, the Promoters, its agents, and distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winners or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of entering or taking up the Prize. Nothing in this clause shall limit the Promoter’s liability in respect of; (a) death or personal injury arising out of its own negligence; or (b) liability arising out of the Promoter’s fraud.
45. Entries (bulk or otherwise) made from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted.  If it becomes apparent that a participant is using a computer(s) to circumvent this condition by, for example, the use of ‘script’, ‘brute force’, masking their identity by manipulating IP addresses, using identities other than their own or any other automated means in order to increase that participant’s entries into the draw in a way that is not consistent with the spirit of the promotion, that person’s entries will be disqualified and any prize award will be void.
46. Incomplete, illegal, misdirected or invalid entries, or entries not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions will not be accepted.  Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of delivery.  The Promoter takes no responsibility for entries delayed, incomplete or lost due to technical reasons or otherwise.
47. If for any reason any aspect of this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of infection by computer virus, network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter may in its sole discretion modify or suspend the promotion or invalidate any affected entries. If an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these terms and conditions the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligation.
48. If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these Terms and Conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.
49. The Promoter’s decision is final with regard to all promotional matters and no correspondence will be entered into.
50. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English and Welsh courts unless you live in another part of the United Kingdom, in which case your local courts will have jurisdiction.
